Flowpoint VPN

I have a Flowpoint with ports 1723, 1724, and 47 open. I have the PPTP added on the server and RAS configured to a set of IP address. the ports are pointing to the server's IP. When connecting I get an error saying that the server is not responding. Any ideas of what I am missing? I have set them up before but it has been a while.
