Should the sum of Flow In (INFLOWCALLS) equal the sum of Flow Out (OUTFLOWCALLS)? In our case it doesn't and I was wondering why this might be?

The Flow-in flow-out might not be the same if the flow in is from another vector. If a call flows one from one vector to another this will create the numbers to be off in different groups. RONA could cause the numbers to differ also. It is always a challenge to figure out the casue of flow outs-in.

Good Luck

If someone hangs up before the seletions in the vector is made you will have a different number.

Are you looking at a Skill report or a VDN report?

A flow out in a VDN report is a call that was directed to another VDN. (Therefore it would show as a flow in on a different VDN report, hence the difference in numbers.)

A flow in in a VDN report is a call that came in from another VDN.

On a Skill Report, a Flow in is a call that came in to the skill as a coverage point (like from another skill) or as a backup. It also includes call the RONA.

A Flow Out on a skill report is a call that flows out to a coverage point, such as another skill or voicemail. It also includes call to RONA.
