Is there some way to have a text box print backwards and upside-down?
We have a check form that, when folded, is also an envelope. The middle third of the envelope/check contains a window. The bottom third prints the address so that, when folded, it shows through the window. The trick is that the address will be upside-down and backwards because of the fold.
I found a font that prints mirror image, but not upside-down.
I know we can do this with an image, but how to do with a chunk of text?? Third-party app calls crystal report (8.5) check form and may print hundreds of checks at a time. I can control the app a little bit -- but it is doing a LOT of processing to call this report, so I have to work with it.
I tried creating a subreport with different printing properties -- there is a function under postscript options that does this properly. However, when I do this in a subreport, Crystal crashes.
I thought that surely *someone* had run into this before, but I haven't found anything! Any ideas?
