Flexgrid No License Error. Help?

Hi all,

I'm using Access XP 2002. I'm trying to put the control Microsoft Flexgrid 6.0 onto a form. However, whenever I try this, I get the following error..."You don't have the license required to use this ActiveX control".
How can I fix this error so that I can use the Flexgrid control under Access? If this is not possible, could anyone recommend a control that works like an unbound grid control?

Any help would be useful, I've tried everything I can think of.....Office service packs, Windows service packs.....nothing works.

The Flexgrid ActiveX control is included in Microsoft Office Developer version

Hi Jon,
Just wondering if you were able to solve this issue? I'm having the same exact problem. I have Office XP running on my machine, and all of the sudden can't use the FlexGrid control in any of my apps (including VS2003.NET!). I'm not sure what happened. I feel like maybe the library was replaced accidentally with another app or something. Let me know what you found out - I'm losing my mind!

No, I was not able to solve this issue...as far as I can tell, the problem happens 99% percent of the time. I was once able to get it to place a Flexigrid onto a form, but only that one time out of maybe twenty tries.
Its definitely a lisencing issue, probably to do with either one of the DLLs Office Developer 2002 puts on or something replaced by a VB runtime DLL.
No luck on Microsofts knowledge base either. In the end, we had to go with a third party grid control. Annoying.
