Flashing power light on fibre 0x16

What would this indicate? The customer was recently upgraded to MICS XC 7.0, and had some problems with sets installed on the 0x16 on fibre port 13. When I looked at the fibre stn mod, the red power led is flashing. Is this because there are no active stations on that module, or does it indicate a problem with the module?

A flashing light indicates a problem with the 0x16. Try it in a known working expansion port, but it sounds like it's bitten the dust.

I've seen upgrades do wierd things. Check in 'Hardware' to make sure station module did not get changed to trunk module. Even if it looks right, it may be worth a shot to change it, reenable it, disable it, and change it back again.
