Flash VM Time

Shouldn't the time stamp on a voicemail match the time on the system? Customer's time on the system is correct, but the time stamps on the vm's are different. I had her reboot the Flash, but that did not work. Any suggestions?

What version of Flash software?

Older versions required a separate time adjustment for the voicemail. Try Feature 984 to see if that might allow you to check and/or reset the time...
