Flash MX 2004 Questions

I have 2 questions regarding the newest Flash program. First, I am creating a website, but was wondering what the dimensions
of a website should be. The second question is, how do you get a button to act as a hyperlink? I made one and tried to get it to work using the actionscript and behaviors but, they kept erroring out. Can anone give me some help with this?
