Flash movies not loading

Hi,

Flash movies do not load when using any of my web browsers. I definately have flash player installed and have experimented with earlier versions. When I creating a web page and view the page locally using Dreanweaver the flash movies load, but not when surfing the net.

If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.
