flash hook simulation on analog telephones for IVR purposes

Hello!
I have something like an IVR and I need to simulate the flash hook during a call, for transfer purposes.

The steps would be the followings
1.- The IVR receive the external call using an analog extension type 500 and then play a message.
2.- at the end of the message using the code (*XXX or #XXX simulating the flash-hook) transfer the call to a desired extension.

I already read the manuals and found in LD 57 the FFC CSHF (Centrex Switch Hook Flash). I tried to implement it but it did not work. I changed many parameters on the CLS and FTR of the analog extension with no results. I don`t know if I missed something. I also tested other FFCs and they worked fine.

you should check the values at ld15 for the flash (tim data) and ld 97. On this 2 LDs you can modify the hook flash. Just make sure they have the same values.

the centrex flash should work.. as posted make sure that tim matches the flash time.. usually 500 mil.. half a second

I already check the values in ld 15 and 97 and configured them equal.
It did not work.
I don´t know if this is the extension configuration in CLS or FTR.
I am testing this in an option 61 because is the one that I have at work, but I have to configure it in an option 11.

Did you reload the system after making the changes to the timers?

Incoming loopstart trunk from Central Office to the PBX and then terminating on an analog phone. Dialling the Centrex Switch Hook Flash FFC on the analog phone generates a flash on the INCOMING TRUNK (to the Central Office) so that the user can activate/use Centrex features.

If the IVR is using an analog line to connect to the PBX, then the IVR hardware is going to need to generate an actual hook flash (open/close loop) on the analog line.
