is there a instruction manual advailable for download about helping you with flash (it has to be able to be printed) anywhere on the web? i cant find any and i need some help.

Why don't you just post your problem here? This forum is better than any instruction manual i have ever read!
Otherwise can't you just try the flash help file- it has the whole manual within it.
