Flash buttons and clicking first

Hi,

I am inserting flash buttons using dreamweaver to link between pages. When viewed in the browser they have to be clicked to s=activate the animation and then clicked again to activate the link. Is there a simple way to have them animate when the mouse moves over them or do they always have to be clicked first?
