flapping wireless port

I have an Altitude 300 that flaps when plugged into a configured port on a Summit 300-48. We have a similarly configured Summit 300-48 which this particular Altitude shows the same behavior when plugged into. A reset wireless port or disable/enable wireless port command has no effect. Is there any other way to see what's wrong with this AP or to reset it manually?
