fixed number with # sign on button 3904/Opt11

Dear all,

I would like to setup a button on a 3904 that cant be changed by a user and that contains the following number: #1002316956.
I know that via the "hot d x xxxx" i can set up extension that users cant change and i would like to do exactly the same with the number above.
