I need to know if there's a way to fix my master boot record (mbr) without the XP CD. The system in question currently boots to XP without a problem. I used to dual boot this system with Linux but have since gotten rid of the Linux partition. The system is still booting from the LILO boot loader. I would like to rewrite the MBR so that only Windows XP boots now. Is there a utility that comes with Windows that can do this? I'm well aware of the console recovery "fixmbr" that comes on the CD, but the CD I have no longer works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Exactly what I needed to know. Thanks a million!
