Fish Hooks in BC12

Hi Guys
I have just gone from BC10--> BC12 with upgrades on PSU's and extn cards. Have found that the ringing on ows is very long type cadence I can change the tone but not the cadence any ideas? now have --- on screens for post dial numbers.
Ows right side does not clear like it used to.
Is there any thing else that I need to sort before the users see it.

For sure there is no settings on ring character in MD software for OWS. Did you ask who ever upgraded your OWS? They may know what to do.
