I have a G3csiV6 I'm working on when you call out, the person you call can't hear you for the first few hello's. That is if they pick up right away. It seems if the phone rings a few times it's fine. So thay have 9 1MB's. When I get on the lines befor the system & try it I get no lag. I've tried it on a few phones & always get the same thing, so I don't think it's a phone.

Any Ideas?
Thanks

I will assume that this delay is over a T1 or E1 trunk
check and see what is in the "digit handling "option on the
first page of the trunk , incoming and outgoing , both should be enbloc rather then "overlap "

Do a change tr xy and look at the first page . look for
enbloc/enbloc.

Also a look at the digit lengths in the ars tables

hope this will help
