Fireworks 4, P4 and Win2K?

Hi,

I presently have a P3 (500 mhz) and Win98SE and am thinking about getting a P4 (1.3 ghz) and Win2000. Any known complications with these and Fireworks 4? Would I be better off getting a 1 mhz P3?
