Why am I all of a sudden, over the last three days, getting numerous hits from all over the world from MS SQL Server users, resulting in firewall alerts? Is this something I should be concerned about? Sorry, I don't even know what this SQL software is.

There has been a sql worm recently which can enter your server if you have a blank SA password.
