We're trying to update our Firebox III 700 after changing the IP address range of the company LAN, but it keeps saying that the password is wrong (or locked..). We have used the red cable to change the passwords but the box just doesn't seem to care. It displays all the info but gives the error when we try to configure it.
Any thoughts? It's running version 7.2 software.
