We are slowly killing of our old Option 81 and part of the migration involved forwarding extensions to the new extensions on new systems. Problem is it was always one of those "we'll delete them later" scenarios.
I want to kill of these extensions and in turn work out what DID's are no longer in use.
Is there any way of finding out
a) phones that are forwared
b) and / or see what numbers have been dialled (nope doesn't have a call logger on there, but does have a pc attached for use as a terminal)
It's an old girl running rel 25.00
Cheers,
Stu..

We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.

Do you want to know if a physical phone is forwarded to another extension? I woiuld do a TNB and sort it with Firebird's conversion tool into a spreadsheet. You can then look at the CFW buittons of all sets in one column and see whaat is forwarded. if its just a DID forwarded to another number it may be a ACDN built to NCFW and you can print hose out in LD 23

Thanks,

Buddy
