Finding extension number by dialing a code??? 1

Can I dial a code on the system to have what the DN number is to be played back to me at the phone. Kind of like what you do when you dial 1-800-444-4444 to know the telephone number you are calling from..????

I know I can call someone with a display to tell me what it is, just wondered if there was another way if no one was available to call...

No, unless you have a box on your system built by the former TDI that simulated a 2616 phone. they don't make them anymore.

They maske devices for that that you can hang off the pbx, look like modems. None built in though
