I inherited an Access Form from someone else which isn't producing what I want anymore. I can't find what the form is doing.

The form has a command button that performs an update to a table. I can't tell if the button starts macros, runs functions or performs queries.

In the Event properties for the button I see:

[Event Procedure]

How do I find what the Event Procedure is/does?

Thanks for any help.

Ken

Next to the [Event Procedure] should be a button with "..." on it. Click that to open the concerned procedure.

Otherwise, open the form in design mode. Click the button and find the name of the button in the properties box. From the View menu, select code and then from the code window that appears, select the buttons name from the left most drop down box. It should display any associated code straight away, otherwise, from the right dropbox, select and event that is in bold.

Thank you, Aunty Access! That got me to some Visual Basic Code! On to the next mystery.
