Find Value in Field and Update to new Field

How does one find a value (Like "Apt") in a field (say "Street Address") and put that value into another field ("Apartment")?

UPDATE yourTable
SET Apartment = 'Apt'
WHERE [Street Address] Like '*Apt*'
