find an extension number

I have the avaya partner system. I have to replace a phone but cannot find out what extension it is. ANY suggestions???

is it a display phone? if it is dial feature 00 and it will show you what ext it is.

The phone will display "Program Extension ##"

Then press Feature 00 again to exit.
