I want to filter out records if a check box is checked but I can't figure out or find how to reference the criteria for the query. Yes/No doesn't work and neither does True/False. Any ideas? Thanks.

What is the data type of the field in the table design view ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

The data type is Yes/No but when I use yes or no as the criteria for a query filter it does not filter. Is there a specific way to reference it?

Thanks

Have you tried True (or False) without quote.

I've tried True and False also, no luck.

Can you please post the code you tried, explaining what's wrong ?

Nevermind. For some reason just that column was linked to a different table (Data_1 instead of Data). It worked fine after I corrected the table. I didn't think it should have been that complicated. Thanks for your help.
