filter excluding selection

I know there is a button on the toolbar for "Filter excluding selection", but what i would like to do is make a button on the form to run this command. Could someone please help w/ code? Thanks.

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdFilterExcludingSelection

would be the command. Will also need to make sure you have something selected as clicking the button may cause your selection to lose focus.

I have a subform, that will not update unless I click on Filter without Selection on the menu bar. A button with the code linked to it is not working, gol4 is right the button is causing it to lose focus. Any suggestions.
