Does anyone know of a way to force filer.dll to read system files/folder?

From VFP documentation:
Note that the Filer ignores System folders.
Use Scripting.FileSystemObject instead.

My hope was that there might be a way to force it to accept system files by some sort of change in code

Get Files in Directory (including subdirectories)
faq184-4256 is a great alternative and is what I am using since Filer wont pick up system files. Just thought there might be a more elegant solution with filer
