I have a user who is trying to get an email from an AOL user. The AOL user is trying to send him a file attachment of 7.3 MB. Last week he was able to get this attachment but now he can not. The only thing that has changed is we took off the old 5.5 internet mail connector and took the 5.5 server offline. I have been trying to find out where the file limitations tab is at but i am still learning E2K. In ADUC his profile says to use the default information store options. We have not setup any limitation (since i do not know where it would be at in E2k system manager).
Here is the error the AOL user is getting (took out our domain name and user email):
The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<user@ourdomain.com>
----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to mail.ourdomain.com.:
>>> DATA
<<< 552 Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation
554 <user@ourdomain.com>... Service unavailable
None of our users have a storage limit (that i can see)
any ideas where to begin?
