File/Open/Close Options at the top of my Application 1

can someone tell me how to place file,open,close options at the top of my application. I am unsure as to which control/component will give me the ability to do this.

Are you trying to create menu? If so use the VB menu editor. There is an icon on the VB toolbar and the help files contain good information.
