File error: data maybe lost - xprt 2 excel from Access Rprt

Hi
If I run a report and then export that to excel then all of the excel file runs ok, with totals calculated. However, if I output the same report to excel 2003, I get an error when opening that excel file - File error data maybe lost, and any totals come up with N/A if at all.

Can anyone give any pointers in whats going wrong?
