File Copy Progress Bart

I was wondering if there was a way to show the progress of a file being copied whether through the status bar or through a created form. We copy files across a WAN and these files are about 4 mb a piece and takes about 3 minutes to copy each of them over to our main office and it would be nice to show the user a progress bar. Can anyone help...Thanks.

I'm not sure if there is a better way but you could use Export and export the necessary table / query directly to the another database file using the path on your WAN. During the export access shows an indicator on the status bar. [sig][/sig]
