I had a rude surprise the other day when I tried to make a quick drawing of a router config. I used genric cisco icons, made the drawing and tried to save it as a jpeg.
When I looked at the saved drawing, the cisco icons were not there. The lines, boxes and anything else that was a included icon was but not the 3rd party icons.
Any ideas to what needs to be configured, reinstalled or changed? This is Viso 2000 (not enterprise with the #**(#( SQL engine)
