File Already in use Error Message

Error Msg:
Could not use 'BackEndData.mdb'; file already in use.

This error message only pop up for one of my users, and I'm not
sure why it is the case when other users open the application just
fine? Is there a reason why it happen to this particular user? Please
help, thank you!!!
