Fighting outgoing calls

Hi
I'm new to IP Office 500 and I'm trying to setup a system with 4 COT lines in a single Incoming/outgoing group.
Can someone point me the steps to get the PBX to make and receive calls trough those lines?

All the numbers accessed by those lines start with a 2, so it would be great if I could dial the number directly without access codes.

TN = .
Action = Dial
Line ID = Outgoing line ID of the trunks.
