How can I populate a field in TableA with a field in TableB in the formula for a field? Like in TableA I have a field called "Test" and in TableB I have a field called "ID". I want "Test" in TableA to always be whatever "ID" in TableB is. They are the same size and field type.

FORMULA... are you referring to CrystalReports? The best way to syncronize two tables would be a table trigger on table B that transfers data to table A.
