FIC AD11 Bad Motherboard

I have a FIC AD11 motherboard. The thing keeps crashing. It emitts a high pitched tone non-stop and everything just locks up. It even does this while playing 2D games or while using applications sometimes. Nothing I have done helps this motherboard. Since I dont have any extra DDR RAM, I cant put any more in to try it.

I have decided to just call it a lemon. I logged onto ebay and noticed a lot of people selling this model motherboard.

Whatever you do do not buy one of these. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

This motherboard won an editors choice award, but it turned out to be a lemon. I guess they sent the test people the best board they had. This is why test results can not be trusted! If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

I have been using the AD11 for 10 months and have had no problems so I guess I have one or the goods ones.

This post is a bit old, so I will leave it at that. Since I have resolved the situation by replacing the motherboard with one from Asus that works, I am satisfied. There is no reason to respond to this post. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

I had some older FIC mb's that were flakey until I tried some good Crucial RAM in them and it really helped.

I have never had a bad ASUS mb.
