Hello all,

I have set up a Fedora Cora Server and my last step in the config is to setup Mcaffee Linux Shield ver 1.2. I am currently reading the README files and have noticed that the software is supports the 2.6.* kernel out of the box for SUSE only but supports RedHat at kernel 2.4.*. It just so happens that Fedora Core 4 is running on kernel 2.6.16-1.2115_FC4smp.

What I would like to know, is if anyone has attempted to install LinuxShield 1.2 on any version of Redhat that is using the 2.6 kernel and what where your results.
