feature access code fo associating with tn to dn

Hi

Can anyone help

I have a phone that I do not knoe the tn or dn for and is not working

I know that there is a code that you can punp into the phone that will let me specify a dn and the phone will pick up its tn can anyone advise

I have done this on a digital phone before but can not remember how I did this.

this is an anolouge phone i am trying to do it onit if it makes a difference

Yes the phone has a dial tone but can not ring anywhere internal or external

this is for an meridian option 11

fzx5v0... ld 20 you can print dnbs and tnbs,but if you
don't know the extension of the phone you will have to
tone it out to find the tnb to print to find what the extension is and how it is programmed..

hi thanks for that I have had the same problem in the past and I found a free dnb and went to the phone and pumped in a code and then the dnb and it assosiated it with its tnb but can ot remeber what i put in the phone
