Hello!
In Meridian-1 61C the protection system of dialing of some external numbers (e.g. toll calls) with the help FCR, NCOS, etc is implemented. All this works prefectly. But if a bloked number has more than 7 digits, this protection system can be circumvented. So, we dial this number (e.g. 7704075) on a digital set, press a "hold" key and wait for approximately 3-5 sec. (time for connectting).
Then we remove call on hold - well, the connection is established! Just dialling the number (without hold) won't work.

Access to the trunks through SPN.
It is observed that this trick doesn't work at accssesing through A-code or if the numberhas fewer 6 digits.

Tell me please, what all this means?
Is the patch need in the case?
