Hi,

i've got a fax problem over hg1500 cards. Faxes do anwser but after that there isn't any data send. Here's the situation.
Node 1: Hipath 3750 V4.0 (14.146) / Hg1500 V3.0 (36.011)
Node 2: Hipath 3550 V4.0 (14.146) / Hg1500 V3.0 (36.011)

The outside lines are connected to Node 1. The numbers are routed via node 1 over the network to node 2.

I gave the faxes on node 2 a seperate numberplan so i could define the as fax traffic.
I'm using the codec G711 A-law.

Does someone know if there is a special setting that has to be made to get all working?

Found it :D

1. Open the WBM window.
2. Click the padlock icon to activate write access (if not already active).
3. Click the "Explorer" module.
4. Click "Voice Gateway" in the menu at the left of the window.
5. Double-click "PBX" in the tree menu.
6. Right-click "IP Mapping" in the tree structure and select "Edit" from the pop-up menu.

Here you have to put Fax and modem traffic in transparent mode.
