I have faxes going through my Definity to a tie-trunk and connected to a fax server. I am receiving faxes that are a cut off, but the transmission from the sender says successful. I have tried changing many settings on the fax server with no luck. The problem is that it is random. I do see the same errors generating on the Definity as the fax server lines, but not positive which end it is coming from. I have not ever changed settings in the tie trunk to help this so I don't think that I need to, but wondering if anyone has suggestions or has had this issue before.
I was thinking about enabling echo cancellation, but I disabled it on the fax server.
I am wondering if it is a timing issue on the connection. Sync is on the ds1 board and okay.
