fax on CICS 1

I was trying to set up a fax to the CICS 4.0 with an old startalk C .
I want the fax to pick up only when a fax is coming in and VM to pick up calls. I cant seem to get it to work, and was wondering what the easiest way to do it.
I need the CLID that’s why I can’t set the line to go to the fax first.
Any help will be appreciated.

Get a fax detection box. It attaches to the lines before it hits your phone system. If it hears the Fax Tone, it'll transfer it to a fax machine.

You will need to setup the internal AA to answer the call if you want the AA to transfer the fax caller to the fax machine. The Startalk does not come with fax detection, only the callpilot has this feature. By the way, the StarTalk C is NOT compatible with your current system.

but will the fax detection box pass the CLID info to the system?
I know the StarTalk C is NOT compatible with the system but it works and it has been working well for years.
