Hello

I have a FAX machine that has stopped receiving faxes, it will send but will not answer to receive.

I am only getting 33 volts on the port wallfield on this TN793 card.

Any suggestions?

pull the jumper off the circuit pack going to the fax and measure it at the cross connect field. Compare it to a different station connected to a different fax.

If you still have 33v, move it to a different board with -48v. Sounds like you have a bad board.

If you connect the station on a different board with -48v and connect to the fax and it drops to 33v, you may have an issue with the fax.
