Fax Machine only sending 3 of 6 Pages 1

Hi,

We just migrated from CM1 to CM4 and now when we receive multiple pages on a fax machine, only approx half the pages arrive before we get an error.

I've tried setting the station type to 2500 and also K2500 but same results.

It's not the fax machine that's faulty, used different fax machines to elliminate the problem being with the physical fax machine. It's not the cabling as we can send and receive single page faxes every time.

I've tried it with the fax connected to TN2215 Vintage 11 and also TN2215 Vintage 15

We get the same problem with a modem trying to send a file, part of the file goes before the connection errors.

It's not the modem at fault either, worked fine on CM1 but only since the migration to CM4 is there problems.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Update: -

The strutum 4 synchronisation wasn't set.

ch sysnc port 1 is the command.
