fatal exceptions

i run dw mx - on windows ME - recently my MX has been getting 'fatal exceptions' almost immediately ... i can work awhile but keyboard shortcuts do not work and switching modes and saving is erratic ... i tried to uninstall but cannot since there is no uninstall option.

i tried to install over the existing but that does not solve the problem .... i tried to install in a new directory but that does not solve the problem ...

so how do i unistall dw mx or otherwise get the product functioning again?

Did you try uninstalling via Control Panel?

yes ... there is no listing for DW in the control panel 'add/remove programs' area ....
