I get this from time to time on startup, Fatal Exception OE @ 016F:BFF83BFC. What does this mean and how do I correct it? Thanks in advance

These errors are very common and lots of people have problems with it. The fix can be a large variety of things. Check out the Windows 95/98 forum to see very large thread about this problem. There might be something in there that will help you out. Justin
