I have an issue with a phone system. Each time a outside caller hangs up first, the phone system detects what it thinks is a ring, and it rings a call, that is not actually a call, into the main hunt group. The phone company is not actually sending in ring voltage, my butt set does not ring, but each time the phone system hears a call disconnected, it thinks it's another inbound call.
I have tried adjusting the ring detection time to the maximum, no change. The only thing I have found that makes this stop is turning on "Unsupervised Analog Trunk Disconnect Handling" but when I do that, transfers do not work.
Any other ideas for things I should try?
