failure with .PST files

It's not limited to Japanese language psts, as I have encounted the same problem when a user leaves their email open. BackupExec sees the file in use and, because of the intricacies associated with psts, it has trouble locking it backup. I have just asked everyone to ensure that they close their email prior to leaving for the day so that these errors don't occur.
