Hi All

I am struggling to find on support.avaya a copy of the user cd that contains the phone manager install files.

I have a customer on 4.2 with 406 ds and they have recently had all new data network installed. Servers/firewalls and PCS (you are all thinking the same as me if only they invested in their phone network) so i am unable to get a copy off their local machines.

Can any of you point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Look at IPO R10 software and you will see the User software. If you click on it you will see it R4.2.

I guess you have to look for R7.0 downloads and then user cd or so. PhoneManager is not part of the user ‘CD’ for a longer time.

phone manager development has stopped at R4.2 and they just used it until R8.1 so any release R8.1 and lower will have the user options in a release that you can use.

@Smash, you were correct!! The lowest one i could find on support.avaya was 4.2.48 which it is not part of. Had to use a good friend of ours ex companies web server to get it. :)

I have it on my magic hard drive too, but I left that in the office. Had you still been part of the dream team...
