I'm am getting this error when trying to connect remotely to certain ARCserve servers.
"Failed to obtain version info for server \\servername (EC=53)"
I am in domain admins, connecting from Citrix WTS session to W2k boxes through ASMGR. I have checked the rights on the ARCserve share, the ARCserve directory and local administrator groups and these all give access to the account I am using.
Arcserve is at SP4 level on the backup servers, and SP3 on the WTS box. I don't think this discrepancy is causing the problem as I can connect to other boxes that "appear" to be setup the same.
Has anyone any ideas on why I receive the message or anything I could try.
